Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sovereign Nomad (the “Site”), operated by Sovereign Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Use of Services

Our services include blog content, free tools (Sovereignty Score quiz, Schengen Calculator, FEIE Tracker), premium SaaS tools (Nomad Tax Tracker, Flag Theory Planner, Offshore Structure Comparison), digital products (e-books), and newsletter subscriptions. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

The Site and all services, content, tools, and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Digital Products

All digital products (e-books, guides) are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content without written permission.

Right of withdrawal: Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, by proceeding with the purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins. This consent is requested during the checkout process.

For customers in jurisdictions where a cooling-off period applies and immediate delivery consent was not given, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

SaaS Subscription Terms

Sovereign Nomad offers Premium subscriptions that provide access to our SaaS tools. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. VAT or other taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
• Access: Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to all Premium tools and features.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Account credentials: Your login credentials are tied to the email address used during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
• Your account and free-tier features remain active after cancellation.
• Data you created using Premium tools is retained and accessible if you re-subscribe.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days. If you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law (including the EU right of withdrawal within 14 days of your initial subscription), we will process your refund upon request.

SaaS Data

Data you enter into our SaaS tools (travel logs, flag plans, country comparisons) is stored securely in our database and associated with your account. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell or share your tool data with third parties. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, tools, and software, is the property of Sovereign Media and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sovereign Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sovereign Media and its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use paid features will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions below.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country apply regardless of the governing law chosen here.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the courts specified in the Governing Law section above.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
